Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with a beautiful river view room and a relaxing balcony. The location was outstanding, making it ideal for meals and drinks. The service was attentive and addressed my complaints promptly. The dining experience could have been better, but the facilities were great overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the room had high-quality facilities and a lovely view of the gardens and the Thames from our small patio. However, the room looked a bit neglected given the price, with birthday confetti on the floor. The service was outstanding, with staff being exceptionally helpful and even surprising us with a breakfast voucher for our celebrations. The location was incredible, right by the Thames with comfortable rooms, but the dining experience fell short with undercooked and dry food. The hotel facilities were decent overall.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, and my river view room exceeded my expectations with a beautiful balcony overlooking the river. However, it was disappointing that basic facilities like hair dryers were not provided.
